Lubricants: Lub Series

Lub 101 is a heavy metal-free, water-soluble, pasty deep-drawing aid for the extrusion of aluminum cans.
Its relatively high solids content makes the product economical in use and contributes positively to the reduction of the company’s VOC emissions.
In addition, during development, value was placed on selecting the most resource-conserving (sustainable) raw materials as possible. At the same time, the raw material combination ensures an energy-optimized manufacturing process and thereby contributes to a more environment-friendly carbon footprint than some competing products.

Detergent: C-Clean

C-Clean is a low foam alkaline cleaner for monobloc cans made of aluminum.
The cleaner was developed especially for spray washing machines.
The cleaner is free of borats, phosphates and silicates.
C-Clean was developed to remove typical can contaminations such as lubricants on the basis of metal soaps and aluminum abrasives.
C-Cleans is available in several types and, by implementing one adapted to the local water quality, ensures optimum cleaning of the aluminum can using a minimum amount. The use of C-Clean warrants that the condition of the aluminum can’s surface meets the specifications for a subsequent coating by modern paint systems.
